Dr. Phil Perkins is a consultant and coach with 40 years of experience, with a focus on the Food and Beverage Industry, having worked for Whitbread PLC, M&M Mars, Grand Metropolitan/Pillsbury/Diageo, and Bush Brothers & Company. In a professional capacity, he has worked with more than 150 food, ingredient, and packaging companies in 20 countries throughout Europe, Central and South America, Africa, Australia, India, and the Far East.
Phil has served on multiple Boards through his career and has helped companies establish Advisory Boards not only in the food industry, but also in areas such as Packaging, Distilling, Physical Therapy and Heavy Industrial Processing. Using his experience, Phil enjoys coaching students, young professionals, mid-career managers, and C‑suite executives.
Phil enjoys travel, golf, boating, and has been actively involved in Special Olympics Golf. In 2014 he became a co-owner of Knox Whiskey Works, a micro-distillery in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he focused on business development strategies and on developing new products.
